WHAT IS PITCH & PLAY LIVE?
PITCH & PLAY LIVE's goal is to showcase and distinguish original format ideas from the CEE region with international potential. All non-scripted format ideas created after June 1, 2016 can take part in the competition. Out of all entries, up to 10 titles will be selected and reviewed by a committee of five TV industry professionals who will pick three finalists. These top 3 formats will be presented live by their creators in a special session during NATPE Budapest. A jury of highly respected TV professionals will vote for one format winner of PITCH & PLAY LIVE that will be announced at NATPE Budapest.
Non-scripted formats created in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) no earlier than June 1, 2016. Only developed formats will be considered - concepts that are either fully developed and registered and/or have already been picked up/aired by a broadcaster/media outlet.
