HOW DO I MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION?
All hotel reservations for the 2022 NATPE Budapest International must be made online using the NEW RESERVATION link. Simply enter your arrival and departure dates and the available hotels, room rates, and cancellation policy will be displayed.
WHAT DOES THE GROUP RATE INCLUDE?
Room Rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast served in Corso Restaurant and use of Spa InterContinental with fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. Sleeping Room Rates are exclusive of tax which is currently 9% (5% VAT and 4% Municipal tax, subject to change without notice).
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY HOTEL ROOM BEFORE THE CONFERENCE?
To prepay for your hotel room please email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide your acknowledgment number, and ask that we add an “Invoice Required” note to your reservation. The hotel will issue an invoice the week of 29 May 2022. Payment to the hotel must be received prior to arrival. The guest must still provide a credit card at check in for incidentals.
HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE OR CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION?
Hotel changes, including cancellations, need to be made online at the NATPE Housing website through 18 June 2022. Simply use the MODIFY RESERVATION link and click on “Manage Existing Reservation” to submit the modification. After 19 June 2022, you will need to contact your hotel directly.
HOW DO I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Please use the MODIFY RESERVATION link and click on “Manage Existing Reservation” to add a special request to your hotel reservation. Note, NATPE does not guarantee special requests, noting the hotel will make its best effort to accommodate you.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
In case of cancellations or other changes less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, or no-arrival/no-show, the Hotel will charge the individual a Cancellation Fee equal to the room and tax for the reservation’s full length of the stay.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be held as a form of guarantee only and not charged an advance deposit. Please note, cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to check in, including but not limited to no-shows and early departures, will be charged the entire length of stay.
WHEN WILL MY WAITLISTED NIGHT BE CONFIRMED?
Should your hotel reservation contain certain nights that are currently wait listed, rest assured we are working to complete your reservation as quickly as possible. You will receive an updated acknowledgement once your reservation is confirmed in its entirety.
WHAT IF MY DATES ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
If you want to extend your stay over dates not available online, please contact us at email@example.com.
HOW CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE ROOMS?
If you need to make room reservations for a group of ten rooms or more, please contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Check in is 3:00PM and Check out 11:00AM
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT?
NATPE does not provide transportation. Individual transportation must be arranged by the guest.
