Please be aware that ConferenceDirect is the ONLY NATPE Market & Conference housing provider. The link to book your hotel through ConferenceDirect will be provided via the registration process. ConferenceDirect will NOT contact you directly to make a reservation. By booking through ConferenceDirect you will be working with a reputable company where you will know that your reservation and credit card information is secure and that you will benefit from all services provided to NATPE attendees at the official hotels. Companies other than ConferenceDirect may contact you (often by phone) claiming they are affiliated with NATPE offering hotels at reduced rates. These companies are not affiliated in any way with NATPE Market & Conference and we strongly recommend that you DO NOT use their services. At past events, attendees and exhibitors have sued these companies and lost deposits paid, had no reservation on arrival or did not receive the hotel rooms they reserved. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room reservation for NATPE or if they represent themselves as NATPE housing provider, please obtain as much information as you can and email that information to natpe@conferencedirect.com.
