An astute sales and marketing executive, Paul Kelly has led creative and commercial teams for a variety of prominent media organizations. Starting his career in London, Paul moved to New York with Discovery Communications where he was responsible for innovative cross-platform marketing programs across their portfolio of digital and linear brands before joining Viacom in 2010. After a number of years leading integrated marketing teams for the MTV brands, he was appointed VP of Music Sales, a new role designed to increase the monetization of franchise IP, social reach and digital products. Since leaving Viacom in 2015 Paul has helped shape and actively scale the commercial strategy for a number of high-growth digital media companies including AwesomenessTV, Whistle Sports, Watchmojo and Goldieblox. Currently Paul acts as Chief Revenue Officer for creative ad tech company, A Million Ads. Paul lives in Westchester, New York with his wife Suzanne and their four children.
