Based on information collected during the event registration process, a list of your matches with pertinent details is generated that aligns with what you are looking for at our market and conference.
Please note, if you are a contact with an exhibiting or sponsoring company your matches will be determined by your Exhibitor profile and your contact Preferences.
To use the Advance Search feature you can search for other registrants by their Market Goals, Genres, Rights, Territories and Types by clicking on each field and selecting the choices that apply. Or you can search by People, Company, Programs and Products & Services by selecting the match category type - People, Company, Programs and Products & Services then entering name of the person, company, program, etc. you want to search for. All advance search results can be added to your list of matches.
Review your matches. On the People tab, click on the "Request Meeting" button. Drag and drop the green Meeting Requests bar onto the calendar below to request a meeting time and date with a NATPE event registrant. You can send your target registrant up to 3 different date and time options for your meeting. To change the timeslot for the meeting request simply drag, drop or grab the bottom handle to extend the time period (maximum meeting length is 30-minutes). Once you are happy with the meeting request timeslots you have selected, click the Send Meeting Requests button. The status of your meeting request/s will remain pending until the recipient accepts or declines the meeting request.
In addition to meeting requests, you can send messages to other registrants. Click on the blue Message button, type your message and hit send message. Registrants will receive your message as a direct email.
myNATPE Calendar will show Confirmed Meetings, Pending Meetings, Sent Meeting Requests and Unavailable Time Slots. Here you can set the times during the market when you are unavailable to meet, check the status of your meetings and push meetings to your personal calendars.
This tool gives you the ability to identify NATPE members, registrants, companies, programs or products and services you discover while searching our online directory or using myNATPE. To mark a record as a Favorite, click the star icon:
This record will also now appear in your Favorites folder located in the myAccounts section. At any time, you can review your favorites for details, contact information and/or to request meetings. Please note: Favorites are not removed from your list of matches. They remain in this list but call also be viewed in the Favorites folder.
Check under "Notifications" to find updates regarding meeting requests and scheduling conflicts.
Remember, buyers and sellers have busy schedules during the market. Sometimes it is challenging to find a date and time that works. While we can't guarantee success, myNATPE Matches is a great place to start finding and reaching out to the connections you need.
