• If USER-A already has a pending meeting with that USER-B. (USER-A can offer alternate times to get around this.)

• If USER-A has a confirmed meeting with USER-B. (USER-A can cancel the already-confirmed meeting to get around this.)

• If USER-A has gone through three rounds with USER-B. myNATPE is designed so that you can send 3 rounds of meetings requests before this attempt to schedule a meeting can be escalated. For additional platform assistance or event questions, please contact myNATPE Support at mynatpesupport@natpe.org.

• If selected meeting time is longer than ½ hour.

• If all times selected by USER-A do not work for USER-B (all selected times conflict with confirmed/available meeting times).

• On Personal Profile page, click click on the "myMatches" to view your list of matches sortable by People, Company, Programs and Products & Services. 

• No. A match does not signify a meeting. Before the event, you are required to view your matches, send meeting requests and confirm meetings. The registrants you send meeting requests to have the option to accept, send alternative dates/times, reject or ignore meeting requests.

 Exhibitors can request meetings with Buyers, other Exhibitors and Participants.

• On the Personal Profile page click "myMatches" bar to view your list of matches sortable by People, Company, Programs and Products & Services

• On the individual profile, click on the "Request Meeting" button 

• Drag and drop the green Meeting Requests bar onto the calendar below to request a meeting time and date with a NATPE event registrant. You can send your target registrant up to 3 different date and time options for your meeting. To change the timeslot for the meeting request simply drag, drop or grab the bottom handle to extend the time period (maximum meeting length is 30 minutes). Once you are happy with the meeting request timeslots you have selected, click the Send Meeting Requests button. The status of your meeting request/s will remain pending until the recipient accepts or declines the meeting request.

• If "Unavailable" is listed it is because that meeting time is not available.

• Repeat steps until you have requested meetings from all registrants you are interested in meeting with 

(Note: registrants will receive your request for a meeting and either accept, decline, request a new time or ignore your request. If a registrant accepts your request the confirmed meeting will change to blue on your master schedule and you will be notified by email. If a registrant declines or requests a new time, you will be notified through email.)

Buyers can request meetings with Exhibitors, other Buyers and Participants.

General Attendees can request meetings with Exhibitors, other Participants and Buyers.

Registrants have busy schedules during the market. Sometimes it is challenging to find a date and time that works. myNATPE is designed so that you can send 3 rounds of meetings requests before this attempt to schedule a meeting can be escalated. For additional platform assistance or event questions, please contact myNATPE Support at mynatpesupport@natpe.org.

To get (more) matches, you can edit myNATPE Preferences or use the Advanced Search feature to add to your list of matches.

You can search by Market Goals, Genres, Rights, Territories and Types by clicking on each field and selecting the choices that apply. Or you can search by People, Company, Programs and Products & Services by selecting the match category type typing - People, Company, Programs and Products & Services then entering name of the person, company, program, etc.

• Click on Calendar

• Click on the meeting you want to cancel

• Click "Cancel Meeting" 

*The registrant you were meeting with will be notified of the cancellation by email

It's easy!  After you have a confirmed meeting with another registrant take the following steps:

First go to your myNATPE Calendar page

Then look for a Confirmed meeting on the calendar, it will be blue

Click the Confirmed meeting on the calendar and a pop-up will open with meeting details

Simply click the Add to Personal Calendar button and choose which type of calendar you prefer, such as Google, Outlook, iCal, etc.

This tool gives you the ability to identify NATPE members, registrants, companies, programs or products and services you discover while searching our online directory or using myNATPE. To mark a record as a Favorite, click the star icon. This record will also now appear in your Favorites folder located in the myAccounts section. At any time, you can review your favorites for details, contact information and/or to request meetings. Please note, Favorites are not removed from your list of matches. They remain in this list but call also be viewed in the Favorites folder.

• Login to myNATPE to view confirm meetings in myNATPE Calendar.

• Respond to any pending meeting requests.

• Push meeting notifications to your personal calendar.

• Be PREPARED!

• Research the companies you have confirmed appointments with. Know who they are, what they do, what they are buying, selling, etc.

• Be sure to have contact information should you need to reschedule or cancel a meeting.

• Be sure to check-in at Registration to pick up your market credentials (badge) prior to the market open or as soon as you arrive onsite. 

• Report to the assigned location at the time of your meeting

• Exchange contact information

• Identify a date and time for a follow-up meeting or call if necessary

• Matches are based on the information collected during the registration process. The parameters for matching are MARKET GOALS, PROGRAM TYPE, GENRE, RIGHTS and TERRITORIES you will buy/sell. 

Please note, if you are a contact with an exhibiting or sponsoring company your matches will be determined by your Exhibitor profile and your contact Preferences.
