|Bio||In her role as SVP, Head of Programming and Development at The Story Lab, Caitlin McGinty oversees the creation of original content across the agency, which is part of the Dentsu Aegis Network.
Under her remit, projects come to life in two ways: in partnership with a brand client, or produced with agency investment. Focused on the art of storytelling, the science of audience data, and marketplace opportunities, Caitlin is responsible for creating content with both models.
Caitlin began building the The Story Lab’s original content discipline in 2015. Client work includes projects with IBM, Cadillac and Chevy. The Story Lab’s TV credits include NINJA WARRIOR, GAME OF CLONES, and ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL.
Prior to joining TSL in her current capacity, Caitlin oversaw acquisitions and development for Lexus’ digital platform L/Studio. Her agency tenure was preceded by experience spearheading development for television production companies Generate and Bushwacker Productions, as well as a stint at Relativity Media.
Her career in entertainment began in feature film, where she assisted Frank Oz, before transitioning to television development.
