Ozge Bulut Maraşli

BioMs. Bulut Maraşlı is the CEO of Kanal D and Production Companies, she also serving as the Deputy CEO of Doğan Broadcasting Group. She has a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including corporate communications, government, and regulatory affairs, corporate affairs, legal affairs and community investment. She oversees all of Kanal D’s businesses, including the Kanal D television network, Drama’s, Programs, digital properties, as well as relations with the producers. On the other hand, her main responsibility under international content sales and corporate strategy is to develop potential future investments, international business collaborations, co-production possibilities, distribution and to engage the strategy-related consulting, key business driver metric development and integration for Dogan Broadcasting Group.

She has been with the Dogan Group since 2006 and served in different positions from Strategic Planing to Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs.

Before joining Doğan Group she worked at H.O. Sabancı Holding A.S. as Counselor to Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2006. She started her working life in FMCG industry and had several roles in the management of finance and business development from 1993 to 2003. Her other memberships are Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID), Board Member of Professional Women Network (PWN), Corporate Governance Association of Turkey, Global Board Ready Women Network (GBWN) and G20 Young Global Leaders Aluminate. She is one of the Young Society Leaders of American Turkish Society, World Economic Forum MEI Digital Media Literacy Project Steering Committee and MEI Strategy Officer’s Community. She is in the Advisory Board Member of In Development - The Cannes Drama Creative Forum. As well as an international juror at the International Emmy Awards.

She holds a master’s degree from Sabancı University and B.S. Economics from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul.
