|Bio||Steve Kazanjian is the President and CEO of PromaxBDA, the global community of those passionately engaged in the marketing of television and video content on all platforms, inspiring creativity, driving innovation and honoring excellence. Kazanjian is a Fortune 500 Brand Marketing Executive with global brand strategy and development expertise across entertainment marketing, consumer products, and social media. An experienced creative extending multi-platform brand & consumer engagements across on-air, online, and in-store, Kazanjian leverages best-in-class consumer insights and robust market analytics with award-winning creative excellence for many of the world’s most admired brands.
As the former Vice President of Global Creative for MWV, a worldwide leader in consumer packaging, Kazanjian led creative marketing and brand strategy across innovation platform development, product line positioning, and key customer engagements. Prior to joining MWV, Kazanjian spent over 15 years in entertainment branding, marketing, and promotions. As an experienced entertainment marketer, Kazanjian spent his formative years building boutique design studios, shaping entertainment brands, and launching top-tier network packages globally.
His cross-category work has earned him a wide array of awards and industry recognition. Kazanjian is the previous Chairman of The Broadcast Design Association, was the Vice-Chairman for Promax, sat on the Title Design Committee for The Emmys, and has been an adjunct professor for Otis College of Art and Design. He is a graduate of The University of Southern California.
