Overseeing international production and the commercialization of its formats, Beale plays an integral role for the giant U.K. production/distribution company that delivers more than 40,000 hours of television worldwide. Credits include THE CHASE, COME DINE WITH ME, DANCING ON ICE, FOR BETTER OR WORSE, HELL'S KITCHEN and LOVE ISLAND. Previously he worked at NBCUniversal, overseeing the roll-out of MINUTE TO WIN IT and executive producing its Indian, Malaysian and Middle Eastern versions. Beale has also held positions at the BBC, Bumin/Murray, Hat Trick Productions, and co-founded 12 Yard Productions.

As Regional Sales Director, Pascal Dalton is responsible for licensing scripted and non-scripted formats, as well as digital content from Endemol Shine Group’s IP across Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, Dalton supports Marina Williams, COO of International Operations at Endemol Shine Group, in the implementation of regional strategies and plans, joint ventures and partnerships, for the development and growth of non-operational company business. Pascal extended his remit at the beginning of 2016 consulting Endemol Shine Polska for production commissions and supporting their business growth. Dalton joined the company in January 2009 and during his time at Endemol Shine Group he has been instrumental in business growth in CEE, including the successful continuation of the MASTERCHEF brand, two seasons of PAN- BALKAN BIG BROTHER produced from Serbia, as well as being pivotal in the rollout of the hit format YOUR FACE SOUNDS FAMILIAR. Prior to Endemol Shine Pascal worked as Head of Distribution for The Last Word, specializing in Advertiser Funded Programing, corporate production and TV Distribution.

Amos joined Armoza Formats in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, where he manages the company’s ongoing activities. Formerly VP Programming at Israel's Reshet Channel 2, Amos is a media and TV Programming executive who has worked in the TV and media business for 20 years. Amos brings a vast experience in TV programming and scheduling, content development and all aspects of TV management, having held key positions including Programming Director at Channel 10 and Chief Producer at Tevel International Communications, Israel's largest cable company. His TV philosophy is "Show me the twist": create the next format that delivers something new, clever and unique, that has never been seen before. Amos lives in Tel Aviv, has a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, is a proud father of three, and rides mountain bikes whenever he can.

Merrily Ross has been Vice President of Formats at Modern Times Group since May 2013. Working closely with UK-based and international content producers, she has been accelerating the sourcing of original formats at the development stage, for MTG’s portfolio of off- and online entertainment channels across Europe. Merrily has previously worked at ITV, where she was most recently VP of Format Sales, and with international format production. Prior to this Merrily held producer jobs with UK free-TV broadcasters like ITV, BBC and Five.

Barbara Vallant has been active in the format business for a decade now. Her debut in the formats world began at Distraction formats where she successfully sold formats for three years. She then started her own format outfit aroma-TV where she represents various production companies mainly from her native Canada. She joined GLOBAL SCREEN one year ago, distributing formats worldwide from Munich where she has been based for many years now. Global Screen distributes hit formats such as COUNTRY WOMEN COOKING from SRF which has travelled to several countries with huge success. Remake rights for the Italian romantic series TUTTI PAZZI PER AMORE have been picked up recently by NBC Universal and NATURE'S BEST INVENTIONS the number one science show from Bavaria Entertainment will entertain viewers in France. Barbara is a proud mother of one and loves to spend her free moments taking in the fresh air from the Bavarian Alps.
