In October 2015, Dubuc oversaw the joint venture agreement with Vice Media that launched VICELAND in February 2016 and led to a 20% stake in Vice Media Holdings, of which she is now a member of the Board of Directors. Under her stewardship, the A+E Networks portfolio has more networks in top fifteen cable than any other portfolio, with HISTORY, Lifetime and A&E. Dubuc has put the company at the forefront of building world-class sites and apps - including HISTORY Vault™ and Lifetime Movie Club™ - making its award-winning content available to fans and consumers across every platform. A graduate of Boston University, Dubuc received a Distinguished Alumni Award from their College of Communications in 2013.
