An entrepreneur at heart, John has accumulated over 20 years of experience in brand development, business strategy, and brainstorming technology solutions. He cut his teeth in the corporate world working with Pitney Bowes, GTE/Verizon, and Network Associates before deciding to step out and start KMT Creative Group with his wife. The agency grew to provide creative advertising and technology solutions for brands in the
retail, outdoors, technology, apparel, and home improvement industries. With a reputation for developing strong strategy based creative, his firm grabbed the attention of the larger agencies and one day they came knocking providing John an opportunity to sell KMT. Not one to sit idle and his ntrepreneurial spirit in full swing, John turned back to his love for advertising and technology. Focusing on the ever-evolving expectations of today’s consumers, he began developing a technology that provided advertisers a more effective way to interact and engage with their consumers in an evolving video and television space. With a new team of partners who shared his vision for this new technology, FLX Systems was founded in 2015. FLX’s patented technology provides content providers in the OTT industry a unique way to monetize content through advertising without sacrificing the viewer’s experience. They have also
utilized their technologies to enhances a retailer’s in-store shopping experience and provide manufacturers a new and more effective way to engage their consumer.
